I am expecting and due to deliver in Feb. I am about to go crazy waiting to be able to run again! I was just wondering if anyone out there has any tips or advice on getting back into the game after I deliver! Also, I plan to train for the St. Jude Marathon next December (it will be my 2nd marathon) but I am concerned about breastfeeding, anybody have any tips? My doc says I could start running within 4 weeks of delivery, but I am concerned about the effects of running on my milk supply and I don't know any doctors that are runners that could help me with this! Any info would be great! Can't wait to get back out there with "my people"! I miss it so much!! Thanks!
